What we process and why
- Name, email, phone, delivery address or office, order contents: to fulfil and deliver your order (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Invoice details: invoicing and accounting (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Contact form messages: to reply to you (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- IP address and technical logs: site security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- Statistics and advertising cookies: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
The courier you choose (Econt, Speedy or BOX NOW), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. for card payments, our hosting and email providers, Google and Meta only with your consent (with marketing consent we send Meta hashed order data to measure ads), our accountant and public authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Orders and invoices: 10 years (Accounting Act). Contact messages: up to 2 years. Technical logs: up to 6 months.
