Returns and withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or a person you named, receive the goods. To do so, tell us clearly before the deadline, for example by email to hello@sapienscoffee.bg with your order number.
How to return
- Send the goods to LIBERIKA RUSE EOOD, 3 Batak Street, Ruse (Sapiens café) or bring them in, no later than 14 days after notifying us.
- Return costs are yours unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
- Opened bags of coffee cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened bags can.
Refunds
We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof they were sent. For cash on delivery orders we refund to a bank account you give us.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within a few days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you and cover the return cost.
