Terms and conditions

Effective from 1 November 2026. This is a translation; the Bulgarian version prevails.

1. Seller

The online shop at sapienscoffee.bg is run by LIBERIKA RUSE EOOD, Company ID 207240249, VAT BG207240249, registered at 1 Yavorov Street, Ruse, Bulgaria, managed by Plamen Hristov. Shop: Sapiens café, 3 Batak Street, Ruse.

2. Products and prices

We sell coffee, accessories, gift sets and vouchers for use at Sapiens café. Prices are in euro and include VAT. The delivery price is shown separately before you confirm the order.

3. Ordering

You add products to the cart, enter contact and delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. You receive a confirmation email with an order number; the contract is concluded when it is sent (for card payments, after successful payment). We may decline an order if a product is sold out, the price is obviously wrong or delivery is impossible, and refund any amount paid.

4. Payment

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (we never receive card details), cash on delivery to the courier, or at the café for pickup orders. Invoices are issued on request.

5. Delivery

Within Bulgaria with Econt, Speedy or BOX NOW to an office, address or locker, or pickup at the café. Orders are processed on working days and usually shipped within 3 working days; couriers usually deliver within 1–2 working days. Prices are on Delivery and payment. Please check the parcel in front of the courier.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, see Returns and withdrawal. The right does not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as an opened bag of coffee (Art. 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).

7. Conformity and complaints

We are liable for lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery. For coffee, the best-before date on the bag applies. Send complaints to hello@sapienscoffee.bg with your order number and a photo. We reply within 14 days and resolve the complaint within 30 days by replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

8. Gift vouchers

Vouchers are used for purchases at Sapiens café, 3 Batak Street, Ruse, up to their value and within the validity stated on the voucher. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Personal data and disputes

Personal data are processed under our Privacy policy. Disputes are resolved amicably; you may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection and its conciliation committees. Otherwise Bulgarian law and courts apply.
